    Joint venture agreement on Georgian CBM project--will be mainly debt financed to allow RRS to concentrate on it's company making Trinidad assets(my opinion)

    The Georgian Industrial Group( GIG) will purchase all gas produced.

    Hope to start pilot well in 2nd half 2013 where there is already methane seeps.

    This long awaited news should be a catylyst to help propel the share-price to Russian Roolette's 10 cents?!!!
