    Muted response...market probably wondering what were the 'terms' of the agreement (and their impact on the project economics).

    IMO likely to be a non-issue as the company would not have agreed to any overly onerous terms - ie they would have just gone to court and had the appeal thrown out.

    Picked up a few at 15.5c
