    So from my rough figures:
    1.25 Mil PEL
    1.6 Mil private placement
    1.0 Mil Cash (probably there now)

    +Pathfinder gas sales/infrastructure agreement , or maybe it might not be required now??)
    +Birch (eventual)
    +Pathfinder production (after gas infrastructure is hooked up)

    There is some substance to the company, lets get Pathfinder going.
