agreement with lativia, page-14

Hi Yen, I have posted extensively on HC about Latvia. I even sent copies of the press articles to SBN management.

I suspect that the Latvians may have jumped the gun with the media and it is only today/yesterday that contracts have been formally signed. I would love to know the terms of the agreement but I guess we will never know, however it will all add to the bottom line.

I also believe the media will break the news on Mexico first. So I am keepig a close eye on their press.
