Just saw this now.

Would love to see them continue the electronic device if it is feasible - an electronic reader of the membranes perhaps?

That would make the best market sense, as you would need a consumable with every test (say $1-2) rather than a device that you get one payment on each one (although that could still be substantial!).

That way you could give away the readers to police with a proviso of a certain number of tests bought per year.
