    im no expert but igc hold only 15% but the ace is the drilling rights. nkp want to get to 74% and start the project moving with its strategic partner. nkp is going to announce a strategic partner. the strategic partner has to bring something to the table as its got nothing at the moment. its got plenty of cash in the bank and its obviously very very large. the strategic partner will provide the cash to take out igc and form a partnership with nkp. 100-150 million to a big player is chicken feed. the best way to clean up the whole deal is to get rid of igc and offer cash. the directors of igc want cash and imo the deal is done. my price is 95cents and i am extremely confident its a cash deal
