maybe the price has already been agreed upon subject to the strategic partner chosen or if the agreement was about a merger, wont igc have a say about the strategic partner and go in the same trading halt?
I think as i mentioned earlier that the strategic partner part has finalised, now finalising the part with igc.
Whether we call it takeover or merger, nkp still has to pay a premium for it. Merger is really takeover in every sense of a deal, just means its friendly lol not hostile.
