    To throw some numbers out there just to put things in perspecitve:

    Revenue $430k - 3 years
    Revenue $143k - 1 year
    Net @ 20% - $29k pa
    160,000,000 diluted shares
    EPS - $.00018c
    P/E - 20
    =$0.0035c

    So this deal is worth about 1/3 of a cent.

    We need 100 of these deals to get us to cf+ as an organisation due the the money we are hemorrhaging on a corporate level.
