    ADY needs to secure an agreement with the new purchaser with parameters which secure ADY shareholders.
    One example may be that the $4million is kept by ADY and the property is returned to ADY at no cost if the port is not built within an agreed period and if no royalties are received within an agreed period.
    Im open to ideas.
