    Quanta mentioned its being held down so people dont take the cheap shares
    Cheap shares are at 1cent or so...cant see many not taking it up when its at 2cents or l am seriously missing the point of it ..if this theory is right share price would be more like 1.3cents...to me the buy depth is stacked ...will be interesting once the cheap shares are done if the same support will be there
