Sure I will try to answer even though my questions on the ESI thread have been met with stunned silence.
My understanding is that the water extracted is suitable for farming/industrial use without heavy treatment, so without knowing the exact water system required, it is hard to give a cost. I am sure all will be revealed soon when the tenement application is finalised.
