MAK - aspiring phosphate producer with a JORC compliant resource (work was done by Rio and dumped because it was unfeasible with low prices at the time). MAK is my preferred at this point in time.
ARJ - ag property trust (one to watch but it'll likely be like watching paint dry, slow and steady)
