Trying to keep their courage up, Australian wine companies are saying that if the old share trading adage was “buy straw hats in winter”, then why not buy wine stocks in a grape glut! Maybe this will help pull their shares off the lowest levels they have been for years. And maybe this sentiment has been behind the rise in one, McGuigan Simeon.
