Exactly right billy2803, how our directors came to the decision to give away a % of the mine annually until it is zero in 10 years is beyond me. It plays right in the hands of BB., They will own 100% of 4mile only having to outlay production costs which they would have had anyway if it were 100% theirs. All our outlay to production costs during the past few years will now amount to nothing unless we can sell our %25 to a buyer now. If we win the court case great, but if it drags on for the next 2 years while they stocklpile we are in trouble.
