Receivers may carry on business for a while, but usually leads to liquidation in which all assets will be sold and distributed among creditors. Any surplus (usually unlikely) are to be distributed among shareholders. Receivers themselves are also creditors.

Sofar AGS has more in assets (receivables and U stockpiles) than liabilities, but if the receivables are not collectable, it cannot continue to trade.

Looks to me like a games of chess... not running a business.
