There was a settlement.

It went like this, (AGS) Mr Blue we've just realised we don't have a leg to stand on with the M&D C Matter so we withdraw in defeat. imo

Of course we'll pay the millions in legal fees on your behalf and feel free to add a bit on here and there. lol

ps. We maybe taking out further action if we can raise further funds. lol
