I don't believe AGS is going into administration.

I don't believe there is ANY "plan"

I believe AGS just keep reacting to events

An EGM is a possible annoyance & embarrassment & that's it. I don't believe anything can be achieved. Remember management also OWN the company just as you & I do but with a greater percentage. They have every right to vote their shares as they see fit. They collectively (probably) have the clout to out-vote anyone on any issue.

If AGS does go into administration, then it's almost certainly game over for ALK as well. ALK has a much bigger (potential) project than AGS. I don't think they'd put that at risk.

Still I see value here, which is why I (might) take up my entitlement. If I thought they were going into administration, I'd be nuts to do so.

Just need to rustle up some cash. Anyone know of any good Islamic financiers?
