It means "inappealable" (according to the above link)
It also appears to be the trigger term to get the ITOCHU deal running.
No deception, no deceit. If HC posters are reading more into it, then it's their own fault.
AGS told us, they discontinued the case because of the evidence that came to hand, apparently, late.
AGS effectively lost. At least, they were smart enough not to continue in the face of a losing position. What would the legal bills be now be if they hadn't?
