Moseley - does "settled" mean "settlement"?

Settled definition - resolve or reach an agreement about (an argument or problem).

Settlement definition - an official agreement intended to resolve a dispute or conflict.

By the sounds of it, AGS didn't lie at all. The case was cleared up/brought to an end (ie settled) by AGS dropping their claims.
