they have the qualifications but as you say metal deliberate,may look that way,why was the reason that they were all trying to cover their arses at the agm how good they were,it still haunts me, and throw the lines out that they can seek other appoinments ,elsewhere,why throw it back on the mums and dads share holders,that they have done a great job of running the company when mr market has another view,and look the position they have put ags in at present,what a disgrace,with all having large losses at present,
if it fails is class action warranted that is for all to decide
we as share holders expect better outcomes they are responcible for that as directors,thats why we have accountants to run the biss and not faLL INTO WHAT HAS HAPPENED,so who is to blame,clarity and they want us to dig deep for their decisions which is not a good track record,
one can only hope that we do have a win and it does not get dragged through the courts to waste monies once again,but then when you look at ig pulled the pin on the legals now the reason why and thats after years of legal costs to ags,a reason to drain and why the warrina drill another drain
