It is really a documented basis for making future project decisions and informs all stakeholders of the lie of the land eg share holders, Gov't bodies, potential markets etc etc........and is the basis on which you stay and develop or cut and run.....and if you stay from which development strategies flow ( recruitment,housing, mining,treatment, transport, off take agreements, native title, environmental issues etc etc.) . But in the case of B4M much is already in place....Remember Quasar is a Private Company and as such just does what is necessary. All is ready ....They will inform AGS and AGS will inform the ASX....and us...a formality in this case ...but a requirement before many funds move funds in.
