Highly positive. PE wants to value add so they want a piece of the TZ NASDAQ listing via part ownership of the floated entity, in exchange for TZ bulking up via AGT. You can see why the negotiations are so protracted. It is extremely involved but the bottom line is that we will be offered a sizeable premium in exchange for our shares to exit the ASX.
