    No... only a "skeptic" would look at that and assume fraud. Someone who's actually been following the science would recall the more than ten years of discussion of feedbacks and potential tipping points such as destabilisation of methane clathrates and melting of permafrost (each involving hundreds of gigatonnes of carbon) and wonder. If they're particularly observant, they might note the recent reports of methane bubbling from wide areas of ocean, unprecedented Arctic temperature anomalies, the appearance of new and very large sinkholes in the Siberian tundra, and many reports of first-time-in-recorded-history thawing of permafrost patches, and might just become at least a little concerned.

    But not jopo. He's onto something, and he's going to keep digging until he finally uncovers The Truth(TM) about the vast UN conspiracy.
