I'm not convinced that nuclear is needed and certainly don't think it's a green solution. Yes, coal needs to stay where it but we might convert it to gas underground to help fuel the changeover and export some too? Certainly better and greener than uranium.
It's the governments and public apathy that are stopping any action. If we voted the Greens into office they would have the mandate for change and hopefully the will to impliment them.
