Be close I guess but I think 35 - 40 would be a stronger & better signal.
Yesterdays close gives me the impression that this small rally has run its course & it has come on low vol so does not have much support just yet.
The weekly & monthly have not altered much yet & there is a lot of work to do yet before anyone could comfortably call a break of the down trend.
It has to start somewhere though hey.
