What is RF1? Second time you've mentioned that to me and I have no idea what you're on about.
As far as DLE goes, there's zero indication AGY employing DLE. They've clearly stated an intention to stick with traditional evaporation ponds, which means they need to acquire additional tenements in order to expand beyond the 10ktpa expansion.
On the subject of "fill rates", no AGY has not recently reported anything of the sort. Don't confuse conjecture from HC "experts" with genuine reporting from the company.
