You missed the point completely of my reply.
Since your talking number of posts , youll find i have posted just under 240 times since joining hot copper in December 2010. In that time Ive never felt the need to create a new thread.
We have enough threads to cover discussions. I have noticed lately an upsurge in new threads which to my mind dont offer anything other than confusion when searching for info from contributors.
if we create new threads everytime we have something to say that may vary slightly we would have utter chaos.
if you are feeling the negativity then perhaps the ego comment was on the money.
Lastly I do enjoy reading most peoples comments yours included. Happy investing
