I wouldn't get too smug we are at least 4- 6 months behind our original schedual and our PEA for the expansion was done over 4 years ago so production and capital costs will be considerably more than 20% over the original estimate, in fact we simply don't know what the figures for an updated PEA or DFS will be or if they are doing one, any potential lenders will require something more current IMO.
AGY is doing fine but there is still a lot of unknowns...
