Another perspective between the QQ equity placement (8.5c) versus this new funding package (22c) to fund our phase 2 LCE production.
The net
less shares to be issued of
125 million :
1. Lowers our market capitalisation for further upside.
2. If further funding is required say at
40c later, and as an example this
125m x 40c = $50m in additional funds for phase 3.
1 & 2 above is a significant commercial result for AGY shareholders. Now we can progress and scale out phase 2 unhindered.
And we can take our time to negotiate an even better and bigger deal for AGY with a new global partner as our LCE supply comes online in early 2018.
