Hi,
Does anyone know if there is an equivalent LOM (Life of Mine) timeframe for the current lease/s?
I'm looking at SYA's LOM model - with announced NPV of $1bn @ 8% over 27 years. Given the current prices, I would assume AGY's NPV would be much higher just for the 2000tpa plant (not the full build 12,000tph plant - NPV would be greater still) - or will the dams only last a couple of years?
What's confusing is AGY's MC of $650m vs SYA of $3bn. Just trying to work out why? given AGY will be producing, with cashflows that could possibly cover the build of the next 10,000 tph capacity - plus extra lease in US.
