I said in my opinion AGY would be worth max $2.5b at current fundamentals. You're fighting me tooth and nail because of that statement. So you believe AGY are worth more than a quarter of AKE. Am I wrong?

As for the rest of your post, you're underlining things and taking it completely out of context.

Here's one for you if you want to play that game:

"But unless you had a substantial amount of money looking to invest and didn't mind waiting another 5-10 years, I would definitely be eyeing other things and let this one just play out for current holders."

Looks like I'm encouraging investing for anyone with a substantial amount of money and didn't mind the waiting game (low risk, low reward), because I underlined one part of a whole paragraph.

But I digress, I also stated AGY would be the safe bet. But of course that doesn't fit your agenda to also highlight that in my post.
