They are doing a PFS study atm if you read the announcements. you have no idea what your talking about in relation to studies. the design maturity changes at the various stages through the process hence the cost variance is further refined with the maturity of the detailed design / FEED
no evap ponds required proven technology in use - I think the sodium bromide is the better resource personally. why not raise it on the correct forum you're cross promoting here I'm sure you'll be told by them. lol. dyor
