Say AGY were to raise the 25% limit at current prices or even 2c, that's about 800m shares on issue.

To match millennial's market cap which they should, that's 7.5c we are looking at. That's a 3 bagger to start with, how can you argue with that?

Further to that and CPS didn't offer it from what I can see and they had no reason to offer it for those smaller raising figures. with a larger raising they get the on market broker and insto coverage and support.
