Totally agree with you there, and that's the crux of my point. Whatever process AGY are developing/using, it's certainly working because they're producing meaningful quantities of battery grade lithium carbonate. You'll get no argument from me on the value of having Pablo/Puna as a parter. All I'm saying is that it's important to be careful with terminology, as the use of the term IP is misleading to other posters/investors. We can celebrate Pablo's knowledge, skills, experience and value without resorting to stretching the truth about IP.
