I understand commissioning is very difficult and I've only increased my position as the SP has retraced from the hands of the inpatient. My only point is that from the decomposition of causal influence on the SP from macro, sector and company level factors, its largely at the company level where things are stuck at now. Something AGY has a direct influence over. This isn't a bad thing, as a competent leadership can actually solve it. I'm relaxed and accumulating.
