"With the presence of representatives of the Coya communities of Olacapato, Governor Gustavo Sáenz and the Secretary of Energy of the Nation Flavia Royón signed the contract to carry out the work of supplying electricity to the town. It will be run by the company Edesa and $268,606,871 will be invested, with an execution period of 4 months."

General I suggest no power for Olacapato = no camp for 10k expansion crew who are planned to base there. Local infrastructure maybe part to blame on delay with construction. The status of the Edesa contract is unknown but key imo.
