Is Blackrock the initial spike on the chart given they held 14m+ on Jan 31 and apparently nothing prior to Oct 31 with the exception of what looks like their investment arm. Does Blackrock own aggregate right now? How do we know if such purchases are reported as aggregate? Silly question? too many question marks??
