I've given them to you multiple times. But for the slow of learning, here we go again:

Fact 1 - Commissioning has so far taken >200% longer than planned (plan was ~4 months).
Fact 2 - Offtake/s and strategic investment are years overdue (see every quarterly release over the last 2 years).
Fact 3 - The 10 ktpa expansion is now 4 years late (original planned commissioning target was October 2023).
Fact 4 - AGY started drilling in July 2022, meaning they're 13 months in without results. LEL and PNN had results out in 2 months. This means that AGY have taken almost 600% longer than what is clearly achievable by other (more junior) companies operating in the same area.

I can't make it any simpler for you than this mate. These are facts. If you don't like them, that's your problem.
