    Ok so MSCI have been lending their stock out while we sat in the index, shorters forced to close their positions by 30 Nov and return the stock to MSCI so they could sell/remove AGY from the index??? It would explain the 20-nov to 1 Dec short positions reducing, the 28-Nov run up to 20c and the subsequent retraction back down to 15c as liquidity provided by MSCI. Apologies if im late to the party on this...
