We always knew share price was going to take an absolute beating if nothing had been announced coming into Christmas/end of the year. No excuse that the 10k approval wasn't granted before end of November, especially when the Co's own wording in their announcements from October made it sound like it was a done deal after being fully approved by the Courts. That's what happens when you allude to material progress throughout the year, with nothing eventuating.
