Don't worry there are plenty of investors who speak & read espanol! There are no 'secrets' hidden in Spanish, can't you use Google translate? The 10ktpa expansion won't be approved until the 2ktpa plant is up and running. I've said this many times before and believe I'm correct. Anyone who says I'm mistaken has to date been mistaken lol. I too would love to see a 10ktpa approval today but the reality is the Argentine Government would expect to see results from the 2ktpa plant first. It's called logical, rational thinking
