It appears we might have different interpretations of scalability. To me, scalability implies a process that functions consistently, maintaining its effectiveness even as we increase its scale. However, this doesn't seem to be the case here, considering they required external assistance to address the filtration issue. I hope it's a minor problem, as you mentioned, and we can proceed forward.
