Technically (according to ASX rules), if a listed company is in possession of any information that can affect the share price then it must immediately inform the market.
However, there must be some wriggle room in that strict ruling, and therefore I would think that AGY would take the opportunity to wait until this current retrace event is over before releasing news (assuming they are sitting on any announcement).
Unless this current sell down turns into a bear run (which, the majority of people don't think it will) it will probably take until end of this week to see things settle down.
Our last announcement was 30th January.
The next announcement will probably come next week - Valentines day (14th February) feels good to me.
