Where:
S = number of options to sell
O = number of options held
P = price of options

This can be taken one step further, in order to slightly simplify:
S = O / (5P + 1)
Where:
S = number of options to sell
O = number of options held
P = price of options (in $, i.e. for 10c, P = 0.1)
...maths a bit rusty, but got there in the end!!
