Yes the expiration date as I understand was 31/3 so some form of announcement would be due.
With all that ASX has on its plate probably not the highest issue for them to pursue at this stage.
Key question is can they pay for the fight. AH was never going to pay his own fees IMO and CHM always needed a big brother.
Thats the next thing for those of us who cant influence this are waiting to see.
