In ah case I would expect they would require chm to deposit a considerable amount of money into the AH trust account to cover the barrister and solicitor costs before work begins.

Perhaps 250k has been deposited in AH trust account, but who knows.

I don't think AH do spec work.

Then there is the problem of the application by mmx for security for costs. If mmx are successful perhaps 1 million will go the the court.

I think that leaves a big hole the chm bow.
