the recent announcements by MMX in relation to their new purchases and their exploration update could just be ways that they are trying to divert attention away from the issues at hand. No matter what your sentiment is on the court case the fact is their is one and during this time until a decision is made I would think that it is not a good idea to be spending money on new assets in case you may have to fork out a lot of cash for a settlement. Exploration update doesnt really give the market much new information and could have been released to take the attention away from current uncertanties. The final thing in question is the exercising of options. Is this taking place to enable directors to have the stock at hand in case they need to quickly dump the stock. They seem to only be exercising the lowest priced options. MMX share price has been under pressure for sometime now and continually fails to stay above the $4 mark and is trading with much lower volume. Any reasoning behind this? Just some food for thought.
