I don't have a time frame as to when that target will be hit. It might not actually get hit, although it's more likely to hit $9 than $12 in the short-term. Only 30% of yesterday's volume was short selling, so there's still a lot of supply on the sell side that isn't from short sellers. That's usually a good indication that it's heading lower. If short sellers was over 60-70%, then I'd say it's closer to the bottom as sellers are drying up.
