Someone/body/group are evidently desperate to contain the price, also note the minor added days to cover - this normally means that the lender is also factoring in their associated risk, from experience this also means that they know more than they lead on. Thus the end of July could be our catalyst, time is ticking - Greece default or not ... it will not matter as plenty are waiting to jump in off screen. Oh the games (lol)
