Do you know yourself with certainty how that money is earmarked? I really dont think that management know themselves at this stage.

I said to return SOME of the cash, not all of it.
If you have it then it's yours. Hedge your bets both ways.

Does'nt mean that it's suddenly become illegal to borrow or fund raise if necessary, and nothing wrong with doing it sensibly... Business do it all the time.

I respect your view but again I say to return SOME of the cash to shareholders.

As for the p....s, Can you say for sure who or where they are now?
